Brazil is the largest coffee producing country in the world.  Oro is the highest graded coffee they produce.  This medium roast has a smooth nutty character and a medium-full body.  

Colombia is the world’s second largest producer of coffee and Supremo, the top grade, is the world’s best seller. Colombian Supremo is a rich fragrant coffee with a well balanced body.

Tarrazu is one of Costa Rica’s most highly regarded coffee-growing areas due to the rich volcanic soil. Costa Rican Tarrazu has good acidity and a tangy aroma combined with full-bodied richness.

Yirgacheffe is one of the most difficult coffees to find in the United States. It is primarily exported to Europe and Japan. Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a rare, washed bean that has an unusual sharp, fruity taste and a high acidity.

The high altitude region of Huehuetenango produces a very lively coffee, with many preferring the spicy, complex flavor to other kinds of beans. Guatemalan Huehuetenango is full-bodied with a well balanced acidity and delicately fruity overtones.

Kenya is home to one of the most well regarded coffee industries in the world. AA is the highest grade it has to offer. Kenyan coffee has everything you want from a good cup – a deeply satisfying aroma, an excellent balance of acidity and body, and excellent fruit.

This french roast is a classic!  Costa Rican coffee lends itself very well to darker roast levels.  Our French Roasted Costa Rican is moderately dark and full of the smooth richness you look for in a great french roast.  

French Roasted Guatemalan is an incredibly smooth dark roast.  This wonderful french roast is medium bodied with notes of milk chocolate.  

French Roasted Sumatran does not disappoint!  It's muted acidity is coupled with a very full syrupy body.  Sumatra produces some of the heaviest bodied coffees available.

If the darkest of the dark roasts if your favorite, you've found it.  For our Italian Roast, we take our Costa Rican coffee to the upper limits of roasting.  The result is an incredibly smooth bodied cup with the smoky richness found only in the darkest of roasts.   

The best of all worlds is captured in this blend. Central American mediums and darks, with a splash of hearty Indonesia are combined. The rich, heavy bodied, syrupy taste of Indonesia combines with the lush fruit tones of Central America for a remarkable flavor. (Blend of medium and dark roasts)
